We will not be distracted from our mission
Vote.org has registered more voters than any other organization in U.S. history and a desperate smear campaign won’t stop our good work
Vote.org has registered more voters than any other organization in U.S. history. In a year of shifting tides, we delivered trusted tools, real-time outreach, and a culture of civic action that helped millions cast their ballots. We set bold targets and ambitious goals because the stakes are high, and we're proud to have helped millions of Americans register to vote and make their voices heard.
In 2024, Vote.org made over 87 million voter outreach touchpoints, powered over 40 million visits to its website, and helped register more than 2.2 million voters, the majority of whom were under 25. Our tools reached 12 million users on social media platforms like TikTok, 2.6 million voters across battleground states, 345K students on college campuses, and thousands of houses of worship, ensuring that participation was both accessible and visible in everyday life.
By partnering across social media platforms like WhatsApp, dating apps like Tinder, fashion brands like Reformation, legacy civil rights organizations like NAACP, and so many more, we embed voting into the everyday digital and real life spaces where people live their lives.
When unexpected challenges hit—from Hurricane Helene to polling place changes—we act fast to keep voters informed. Our rapid response efforts reached over 1 million people with timely updates to protect their access to the ballot.
It is deeply unfortunate that, despite our continued success, the former CEO and founder of Vote.org has spent the past several years attempting to undermine our organization and hinder our important work. For over six years, she has led a sustained and vindictive campaign rooted in misinformation. Now, after having her legal claims dismissed in court, she is turning to even more baseless tactics – by her own admission, seeking out “hit pieces” to damage our reputation:

We will not be deterred. In the near future, we will be filing a defamation claim and will vigorously defend the truth against these unfounded attacks.
None of this will distract us from our incredibly important work. We are focused on a major effort to register hundreds of thousands of voters ahead of the 2026 midterms and will continue working in support of our mission to strengthen American democracy by making political engagement more accessible for all citizens.
