Vote.org Wins Webby Award for Responsible Information

Published on April 22, 2026

Vote.org was recognized today by the 30th Annual Webby Awards with a Webby People’s Voice Award for Responsible Information in the Websites and Mobile Sites category – an award determined entirely by the voting public. The honor recognizes web products, platforms, software, or technologies that are effectively working to combat disinformation, misinformation, and false or misleading information online.

Hailed as “the Internet’s highest honor” by the New York Times, the Webby Awards is the leading international awards organization honoring excellence on the Internet.

“At a time when misinformation is one of the greatest threats to civic participation, Vote.org is proud to be recognized for delivering accurate, trustworthy information to voters across the country,” said Vote.org CEO Andrea Hailey. “We built Vote.org to be a source people can count on, and this recognition means we’re doing exactly that.”

Vote.org will be honored at the 30th Annual Webby Awards in New York City on May 11, 2026.
